Eligibility Criteria

To ensure that the Royal Village Women in Leadership Scholarship reaches deserving young women with the greatest potential to create meaningful change, applicants must satisfy the following eligibility requirements. Meeting the minimum requirements does not automatically guarantee selection, as applications are evaluated through a competitive and holistic review process.
Female Applicant
This scholarship is exclusively open to female students who demonstrate the ambition, determination, and commitment to become future leaders within their communities and professions. RVIF welcomes applications from women of diverse backgrounds, cultures, nationalities, and socioeconomic circumstances who are passionate about using education to make a positive impact.
Academic Excellence
Applicants must demonstrate a strong academic record and a consistent commitment to learning. Academic performance reflects not only a student's intellectual ability but also their discipline, perseverance, and dedication to achieving personal goals.
Applicants should submit official academic transcripts or certified educational records that demonstrate satisfactory academic achievement. While exceptional grades are encouraged, the Foundation also recognizes students who have shown continuous improvement despite personal or financial challenges.
Current RVIF scholars are expected to maintain a minimum grade of B in all courses and an A in their major/core subjects to remain eligible for continued scholarship support.
Admission to an Accredited Institution
Applicants must have received admission to, or be currently enrolled in, an accredited college, university, vocational institution, or recognized higher education institution. The institution must be legally recognized within its country and provide programs that contribute to the student's long-term educational and career goals.
Applicants may be pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, certificate, or professional qualification programs, depending on the scholarship category and funding availability.
Demonstrated Leadership Potential
The Foundation seeks young women who have already demonstrated leadership or possess strong potential to become leaders.
Leadership may be demonstrated through:
